Why I Created an AI Copywriting System for Wellness Practitioners

If you’re a holistic health and wellness practitioner and copywriting feels like the bottleneck in your ability to market and grow your practice, this is for you.
Until 2025, my signature service was a Copywriting VIP Day, where I’d buckle down for eight hours straight to write for a client.
By the end of the day, I’d deliver something big and valuable, like a long-form sales page, four core website pages, or a full evergreen email sequence.
I loved this service, and my clients did too.
One client had an online course gathering digital dust. We sent a handful of strategic emails, and she made $50K in a week.
Another had a short video series she’d only shared with a few clients. We turned it into a mini-course funnel that now brings her a steady stream of new leads.
Other wins included doubling webinar conversion rates, booking out grand opening appointments for a new clinic, and building a waitlisted practice for a 1:1 naturopathic program.
And no, these weren’t influencers with huge followings. These were everyday practitioners and coaches who chose to dial in their message, create strong content, and put it out into the world.
But the VIP Day model had limits:
â Only a fraction of practitioners could afford $2,500 a day.
â I only had the bandwidth for one VIP Day per week (and full disclosure, I’d also put in a full day of prep work beforehand but more on that in a minute!).
â Even after the content I delivered, they always needed more—especially when launching something new or pivoting their practice.
I couldn’t shake the itch that there had to be a better way.
In 2024, I started weaving ChatGPT into my process.
At first, I used it for prep work. Remember how I said I’d spend a full day for that part? I'd comb through a client’s website, social posts, and podcast interviews just to get familiar with their voice. I’d note their favorite phrases, unique analogies, and the way they explained concepts. Then I’d build a brand messaging + voice doc so I could essentially step into their shoes when I wrote.
I prided myself on this ability to write as if I were my clients. I loved that they would tell me, “This sounds exactly like me!”
With ChatGPT, I realized I could speed this up. I started pasting examples of my client’s work into the chat and asking it to identify common phrases, ways of speaking, and messaging through-lines.
I cut my prep work from eight hours to two.
And the results were the same.
From there, I began experimenting with adjusting ChatGPT settings, layering in templates, and testing different ways to combine strategy with AI.
What started as these experiments turned into the system I now teach my students today.
Why most practitioners struggle with content creation
The reality of running a holistic health and wellness practice is that you need a lot of content.
- Foundational content you set up once and let run on automation: your website, lead magnet, email sequences, sales pages, application funnels.
- Visibility content that gets new eyes on you: collaborations, podcast interviews, guest articles, speaking events.
- Ongoing nurture content that guides and supports your community: social posts, weekly emails, blog articles.
That’s three different content buckets.
And most practitioners don’t want to hire someone to create all of it.
Most want their content to feel authentic.
They want to be the voice of their brand.
Unfortunately, all of those things combined are a perfect storm for copywriting to become the bottleneck.

Inside the Aligned! Copywriting System: How it works
The system I created out of a need for efficiency in my own copywriting business is now what I teach holistic health and wellness practitioners in my programs.
Essentially, it comes down to this:
Step 1: Get Clear on Your Message
Everything starts here. Without clarity on your message, no funnel, template, or tool will work. This doesn’t mean you need it 100% because more clarity comes through creation. But you do need a place to start. I teach a method to create a simple brand messaging document (what I call a BrandVibe Kit) that captures everything ChatGPT will need to know in order to write as your brand copywriter.
Step 2: Train ChatGPT in Your Voice and Vibe
Once you have a brand messaging + voice doc, it’s time to set up ChatGPT as your copywriter. By uploading your brand doc and adjusting a few settings, you can create a Project in your ChatGPT account that actually knows your voice, tone, and unique approach.
Step 3: Bring the Copywriting Frameworks
This is where strategy comes in. Copywriting frameworks and templates follow intentional formulas. They organize the content in a specific way. They tap into sales psychology we’ve known about for years. This is an important key you miss if you just jump into ChatGPT and ask it to write something.
Step 4: Use Brain Dumps + Intuition
The best prompt you can feed ChatGPT is your messy thoughts, stories, and intuitive hits. Stream-of-consciousness works. This actually helps you be more creative because your mind isn't occupied by things like organization or commas. AI will handle those details for you.
And after that, you rinse and repeat! From websites and launches to nurture posts and newsletters, this process can be used anytime you need to communicate something.
But what about the ethical and environmental concerns around AI?
We’re living in a bizarre moment in history.
AI, crypto, and levels of tech most of us can’t even wrap our heads around are emerging faster than we can process.
We don’t know exactly what our world will look like in a few years.
But we do know that technology can be used for good or for harm.
I’ve always been on the side of holistic health and wellness practitioners because people need your medicine. They need to feel fueled, healthy, and whole in order to show up as strong, positive forces in the world.
That’s why I care about AI being used with integrity and intention.
Yes, there are real concerns about its impact.
Concerns about misinformation.
Concerns about the environment.
But avoiding it entirely isn’t an option.
So the question I'd ask is this: would you rather pay thousands to a marketing agency (who, I guarantee, will be using AI anyway)…
Or would you rather learn how to use AI yourself, in a way that feels authentic, ethical, and aligned with your values?
I won’t pretend it’s perfect. There will always be compromises.
But I believe good people should have the advantage.
